You acknowledge and agree that all amino acid formulas, peptides, and related products provided by Optimal Gains LLC are intended strictly for research purposes only and are not approved or intended for human consumption, therapeutic use, or any other application outside of legitimate research contexts. By purchasing and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you expressly release, discharge, and hold harmless Optimal Gains LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from or related to your use, handling, or possession of such products, including but not limited to any personal injury, property damage, or adverse health effects.This release constitutes a complete and voluntary waiver of all rights and remedies available to you against Optimal Gains LLC under applicable law. If you have any concerns, questions, or uncertainties regarding this acknowledgment or the intended research-only use of our products, you must contact us immediately via email at support@optimalgainsllc.com prior to use. In such cases, do not ingest, apply, or otherwise use the products; instead, promptly request a full refund, which will be processed and granted within seven (7) days of your receipt of any amino acid formula or peptide product, provided the products are returned in their original, unopened condition and packaging.

Refunds and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the specific product purchased, in accordance with the policies outlined herein (including the seven-day refund provision for research-only products in Section 2).
